Actions That Will Result in a 1-48 hour Mute:
Spamming/Auto-typing: Filling any chat is considered spamming regardless of the time between messages. If you're the only one talking, you're not allowed to fill the chat with your messages only. You will be given a warning first. Using the quick chat function to spam before or after you have been muted will result in an account ban.
Extreme Flaming: Saying things that insult a certain player excessively, although joking around is okay to a certain extent. If it becomes direct flame, remember use the ignore tab in-game and add the player to your ignore list. If the player begins to flame excessively, he/she will be muted.
Begging: Purposely annoying someone by repeatedly asking for things. Using the Yell/Friends/Clan chats to falsely advertise that a player is giving away items will also result in a punishment.
Luring: Luring a player in the wilderness/red portal/purple portal for their world 1 items will result in a mute/ban. Luring a moderator by asking them to teleport to you will also result in a punishment. The 2nd offence will result in an account ban.
Gambling: Any type of advertisement for gambling is illegal on World 1 such as the flower/dice/seal games and is punishable. If these offences are pursued, they can be punished with a ban if sufficient video proof is provided. See the scamming rule under actions that will result in a ban for more information.
Doubling Money: Any type of advertisement for doubling money is illegal on World 1 and is punishable. If these offences are pursued, they can be punished with a ban if sufficient video proof is provided. See the scamming rule under actions that will result in a ban for more information.
Actions That Will Result in a IPMute:
Racism: Racism will not be tolerated. We acknowledge that everyone is human, therefore swearing or using racial slurs in a non-malicious way towards other players will not immediately result in a punishment. There are limits however; continuous antagonizing, direct racial discrimination and offensive behaviour will result in an IPMute.
Continuous Disrespect: Continuing to insult another player after your first offense of this kind will result in an IPMute.
Continuous Begging: Continuing to purposely annoy someone by repeatedly asking for things after your first offense of the same kind will result in an IPMute.
Continuous Spamming/Auto-typing: Spamming the public chat or yell channel with meaningless messages OR using an auto-typer with an interval of less than 10 seconds after your first offense of this kind.
Pornography: Linking players to 18+ content on the public chat or the yell channel is unacceptable and will result in an IPMute.
Advertising: Advertising another RSPS (Runescape Private Server) will result in an immediate IPMute.
DDoS Threatening: Messaging or threatening players to interfere with their internet connection is unacceptable even if you aren't completely serious. Doing so will result in a 48 hour IP mute.
Leaking Skypes or IP Addresses : Typing someone else's IP or skype name anywhere (PM, public chat, help fc, yell etc) is not acceptable, whoever the person may be, and will result in a punishment.
Threatening A Player: Telling a player to kill themselves or do anything harmful to themselves will not be taken lightly and will result in a 48 hour IP mute for the first offence. The second time it happens and you are reported for doing so, it will result in a 48 hour ban.
Evading Ignore List: Making another account to bypass a player's ignore list and flame/harass them is not acceptable and will result in an IP mute. Evading their ignore list to continue ragging them on world 2 may result in a 24 hour ban.
Actions That Will Result in a 1-48 hour Ban:
Minor Bug Abuse: Abusing bugs that do not grant you advantages over other players in the game. You may report a bug here.

Examples of this would be: Agreeing on refunds if you disconnect, and then not refunding if it happens, or using a Chaotic Rapier in a Whip fight. All these agreements must be said and clearly agreed upon, and must be video-recorded as a form of proof for the scam. Therefore, we advise that you record all staking duels. Scamming does not include quickly changing the fight options before starting, you must pay attention to those screens. There will be no refunds for scamming, however with valid evidence, losing a stake due to bugs are fully refundable. Other gambling and doubling money scams will also be punishable with sufficient video proof.
Botting/Auto-clicking: Any use of auto-clicking, mouse recorders or bots are not allowed and will result in a 48 hour ban. If the player continues to break this rule after the initial punishment, it will lead to a permanent ban and eventually a permanent IPBan.
Changing Display Names to a Player's Login Name: Currently, there is an issue where players can change their display names to the login names of other players. This bug allows the player to impersonate the other person. Using another player's login name is BANNABLE. If you have already changed your name to someone else's login name, you are encouraged to change it back or else it is punishable.
Farming PK Points: Killing other players in the wilderness for 'PKP' where they either risk nothing or give back the items to continuously fight will result in a temporary 48 hour ban, continuing to do this will result in an IPBan. This rule only applies to World 1.
Flaming the Server: If you hate the server, do not spend your time talking about how much it sucks. Just leave. Failing to follow this will result in a permanent IPMute.
Dropping Large Items: Spawning large amounts of large items that are dropped and disturb player killing are forbidden. Dropping mass bank deposits will result in an IP ban.

If you get scammed you will not be refunded, and if you are caught buying or selling Revamped Rsps wealth for other game wealth you will be permanently IPbanned. In addition, advertising these Runescape items/services or wealth trades is unacceptable, and will still be punishable. No exceptions. Account giveaways are okay, but it's at your own risk and we are not held responsible if you are hacked.
